Belly white polar bear

Under wing a topping and herl

Wing gray and coq de leon hackle I will be subbing white for grey

Shoulder Chukkar

Mickey Finn (aka Assassin, aka Red ) :headbang:

 

Body: Flat silver Tinsel

Ribbing: Oval Silver Tinsel

Wings: Yellow Bucktail, Red Bucktail, Yellow Bucktail top as wide as previous two bucktail layers

Head: Black: uni 6/0 thread w

 

This is the pattern I so Humbly attempt.

Hi Horseshoes:

 

I typically place my real name and my forum name along with the pattern name. Some just use their forum name along with the pattern name. So it's your choice of which you would like.

Got the pattern and updated the first post in the thread for what you are tying. Can't wait to see this.

That so called humble offering that you are doing is a proven fish catcher and classic. Relax I am quite sure we are all going to love this pattern and fish with it. Joining swaps is the only way to tye things that you have never tyed before and to improve upon your tying skills. I have been tying for a long time and learn all the time. Specially in this area of streamers. I don't tye them and fish them enough. So it was time to start working on this issue and learn more about these beautiful flies.
