Hellgramites

Recommended Posts

I've been working on hellgrammites. Here are the first two I have tied to completion. They have bead-chain extended bodies for durability and weight. The two rows of bead chain laid side by side add width to the body.

Really nice ties there, you're on fire

I though I smelled something burning. ๐Ÿ˜ Thanks bud. These were finished with a new whip finisher.

Nice work Mark. I'm sure knotting those biots was a real pleasure....Not

My fat fingers had trouble, even with a crocheting needle. Even my needle is too fat for them, I really need to get a smaller needle. Thanks

Mark that is likely one of the finest hellgrammite patterns I have seen.ย

Awe, shucks. There are some really good tiers here. That's quite a compliment. Thank you very much.

Mark,

Any chance for a few intermediate photos as you tieย the next one?

I'd like to do some up and some extra photos would sure be helpful.

Nice work !

Rich
