I got an awesome hatch of stoneflies in my mailbox yesterday. Thanks to all the great tyers who joined in and Sir Trouttramp for hosting. More importantly, Godspeed to the return of your health and well-being.

Forgot to post last week when I got my flies. Really nice set, you guys out did yourselves once again. Thanks Bob for hosting. -
Congrats John on the first - and a nice fish too! I know I've said it before, but that is a sweet looking set-up you got there.

Very cool, Steve, very cool. How big is it?

I agree with the S-man, that's a handsome fly.

As always, well said Mr Deck. My Son serves, as does my Son-in-law. My Dad did, my Brothers-in law did, one a career Navy man, the other two tours in Iraq. I have never served, so I can't make a judgement on those who may dislike hearing my gratitude for their service, but it is certainly not an attitude I understand. I remember the first time a stranger, an elderly man, came up to my son and shook his hand, thanking him for his service. My son was certainly appreciative. The memory still brings tears of pride to my eyes.

Thanks Dean. Indeed, I'm glad my son was so into it or I would have shrugged it off. Was a great time all around.
